Jon Le Tocq left his successful gym and fitness camp business in Guernsey to pursue a life of adventure around the world, training and learning from the very best experts across the globe!

Jon has worked extensively with thousands of people seeking fat loss and body transformations right through to championship winning rugby and cricket teams, amateur fighters and professional athletes.

He has also authored and co-authored a number of health and fitness books, including three Amazon bestsellers.

A keen traveler Jon has studied and trained across the world including Borneo, Thailand and America and cycled 3300 miles from the east coast of the USA across to the west coast in 2010.

Dan Groves is a health and fitness coach who’s lived and worked on Okonjima lodge as well as capital city of Windhoek, Namibia for the past 4 years, providing fitness, boxing coaching, mountain biking and trail running.

As a massage therapist Dan, a keen traveler, has worked in Australia as well as running a massage service at the lodge.

A former boxer Dan turned to coaching after recurrent back problems and is now an assistant coach to world ranked professional boxers in Namibia working the corner in 6 WBO African titles as well as a commonwealth title challenge in the UK.

Dan enjoys events and completed a 24 hour, 340km mountain bike race in Namibia as well as raising money for his charity, Africat, in the London Marathon 2012.
